How the build works

Three stages, from the first call to the day it is running in your office.

Scope. I learn how your report gets made today. I need your template, one or two finished reports so I can see what actually goes into them, and time with the people who produce them. We work through where each part comes from, who reviews the draft before it goes out and what they change while reviewing, and what machines and software your office already runs. That last part decides the shape of the build, because the system has to fit the way your team already works rather than the other way round.

Setup. I come to your office and install it on your machines. It goes on the machine the work already happens on, reading from the places your files already land. Then I run it on a real job your team has already completed, so you can hold its draft next to the one they wrote and judge the difference yourself. Anything that comes out wrong gets fixed while I am still in the room.

Handover. The system is yours, and your team carries on as they are. From then on it produces the draft and your reviewers do what they do now: read it, change what they want, approve it. Nothing is sent to a customer automatically. For most offices the only habit that changes is where files get saved.

Can the AI send emails or update systems automatically?

Not by default. The normal build is draft-first: the AI prepares the work, a person reviews it, then the business decides what gets sent or changed.

What happens after the first draft?

A draft lands on your real template. You read it, change what you want, and we tighten the rules from what you changed. Ongoing support is optional, not required.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You describe the recurring report, the source material, and what a good output looks like. I handle the setup and your team works from the reviewed output.
