We work through where each part comes from, who reviews the draft before it goes out and what they change while reviewing, and what machines and software your office already runs. That last part decides the shape of the build, because the system has to fit the way your team already works rather than the other way round.

Build. I build it around your real template and one real job. It reads from the places your files already land. Then I run it on a real job your team has already completed, so you can hold its draft next to the one they wrote and judge the difference yourself. Anything that comes out wrong gets fixed before you sign off.

Handover. Your reviewers carry on as they are. From then on it produces the draft and your reviewers do what they do now: read it, change what they want, approve it. Nothing is sent to a customer automatically. For most offices the only habit that changes is where files get saved.
