Google review

Google review, 5 stars, 23 Oct 2026. Brilliant, commercially minded, focused service, most impressive. — Mike Heathcote, Building Masters Inspections

Before

A Melbourne inspection firm finishes the inspection on site, then still has the report to write into their branded Word template from the site photos. The template does not change.

How a job flows

Photos. Site photos, and their existing Word template.

Draft. A draft in their Word template.

Sign. They finish and sign it.

Next. Every finished report they send back improves the next draft.

After

That long report took 40 minutes to finish, from site photos alone. They still finish and sign. Every finished report they send back improves the next draft.

What we ran

Their Word template stayed the file. Site photos went in. A draft came back in their layout. They finished it and signed it. No new app. Their template stays.

Price

From AUD $100 per report, first one free. Priced per report — no monthly fee, no contract.
